Candido Portinari is one of the most important painters in the history of Brazil. Like many other modernist artists, he had a very close relationship to coffee: Portinari was born and raised in the coffee farm where his parents worked. Throughout his life, Candido’s main inspiration was the field workers, and coffee worker specially was a common theme in his work.

CANDIDO is made from a gesha varietal and aerobic fermentation. It tastes like pineapple kombucha, ripe peach and tropical fruits with a lactic acidity.
