ANITA is a bright and delicate coffee, like the painter who inspired it, Anita Malfatti. With Anita, we’re introducing a new technique in which we fermented the Laurina cherries inside a refrigerated tank. The result is an elegant yet vibrant cup with notes of pineapple and raspberry, Champagne, and orange blossoms.
